The United Nations defines woman abuse as “any act of gender-based violence
that results in, or is likely to result in, physical, sexual or psychological
harm or suffering to women, including threats of such acts, coercion or
arbitrary deprivation of liberty whether occurring in public or private
life.”
At Klein Law we are deeply concerned over the women of our community who have suffered at the hands of their abusive
partners. As a result, we work alongside those in our community who go
on confronting, intervening and combating the evils of domestic violence.
At Klein Law we choose to "keep on fighting the good fight" for
there IS hope!
We are ALL a part of the problem in as much as we are ALL
a part of the solution.
We cry with those who are in pain, and we rejoice
with those when breakthrough comes.

We have chosen to produce this special page on South Asian links as we sense a special calling to the plight of women caught in the binds of domestic violence within the South Asian community.
